BIM Architect

About the role

The BIM Architect will be based on‑site in Dubai, working full‑time to lead the creation and coordination of Building Information Models for architectural projects. You will translate design concepts into detailed, buildable BIM models and ensure all documentation reflects the design intent, local codes and project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain BIM models for architectural and construction phases.
• Produce detailed architectural and construction drawings that comply with Dubai regulations.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines, perform clash detection and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure all project documentation aligns with design intent, codes and internal standards.
• Support multidisciplinary teams by providing clear BIM information and updates.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Architecture with ability to translate concepts into buildable solutions.
• Experience producing architectural and construction drawings that meet local code requirements.
• Background in an architectural or engineering consultancy, preferably in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional registration or progress toward licensure is a plus.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for diverse, multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Competence in AutoCAD and visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
