BIM Coordinator – ELV Systems

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of ELV, ICT, AV, Security and Smart System projects in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the BIM Manager and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure high‑quality digital models and smooth information flow throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project BIM Manager in applying BIM standards, information‑management workflows and digital delivery processes for ELV systems.
• Develop, coordinate and maintain Revit models for ICT, ELV, AV, Security and Smart Systems.
• Create and manage discipline‑specific Revit families, templates and BIM content libraries.
• Conduct clash detection, issue tracking and coordination meetings, and support RFIs.
• Publish, update and distribute coordinated BIM models via Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 and the Common Data Environment.
• Produce BIM reports, quantity take‑offs, schedules, asset information and other project deliverables.
• Support the creation of as‑built models, asset registers and hand‑over documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM coordination for ELV or related technology projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 principles.
• Ability to collaborate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors and site teams.
