BIM Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead the implementation of Building Information Modelling across a large‑scale roads, utilities and urban infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. The role will ensure BIM standards, model coordination and digital workflows are applied consistently to support efficient design and construction delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and communicate the BIM Execution Plan, LOD matrix, modelling methodology and coordination strategy for the project.
• Audit design and construction models at each submission to verify consistency, file size, geometry quality and clash detection.
• Coordinate BIM activities among the lead design consultant, other consultants, contractors and stakeholders, ensuring models are aligned with the programme and construction requirements.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination meetings, extract information for scheduling, BOQs and visualisation, and present clash reports to the client.
• Maintain BIM documentation, including protocols, execution plans and audit reports, to meet client and industry requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or senior BIM coordinator on infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD definitions and clash detection processes.
• Ability to communicate BIM requirements clearly to consultants, contractors and client teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on model quality and data integrity.
