BIM Manager

About the role

Cracknell is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to support the implementation of its world‑leading BIM process within a dynamic landscape architecture studio in Dubai’s creative quarter. Reporting to the Associate – BIM Manager, you will help maintain BIM standards, coordinate workflows and ensure high‑quality model delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate BIM logistics, including contracts, emails, CDE and data‑exchange activities.
• Drive production, coordination and delivery of BIM deliverables in line with project requirements.
• Review, estimate and contribute to delivery schedules, effort levels and budgets.
• Liaise with project leaders, CAD team leaders, digital solutions team and external consultants to produce fully coordinated BIM packages.
• Verify BIM models, drawings, cost estimates and schedules before submission, ensuring QA/QC checks are completed.
• Oversee BIM production to meet design parameters, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary and client meetings, providing feedback on model status, constructability and 3D coordination.
• Coach and mentor junior staff throughout the BIM process.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of post‑qualification experience in BIM management.
• Proven ability to manage BIM workflows and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling and resource planning for BIM projects.
