BIM Manager

About the role

An international architecture and interior design practice is seeking an experienced BIM Manager for its Dubai studio. You will own BIM processes across high‑end residential, hospitality and luxury development projects, ensuring seamless coordination from design through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation across architecture and interior design projects.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, standards, templates and workflows.
• Manage project setup, model structures, worksharing and information exchange.
• Coordinate architectural, interior design and MEP models and conduct clash detection.
• Support teams with Revit usage, model issues and technical troubleshooting.
• Train and mentor architects and interior designers in BIM best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a BIM Manager, BIM Lead or senior BIM Coordinator within an architecture or interior design practice.
• Strong Revit skills and deep understanding of BIM project delivery.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary models and coordination workflows.
• Good knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD and digital collaboration platforms.
• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or a related discipline.
