BIM Modeler – MEP

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on creating and coordinating detailed Revit MEP models for HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting and drainage systems on Gulf‑region construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, model and manage MEP systems in Revit according to project specifications and LOD requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural and other MEP disciplines to identify and resolve design clashes.
• Perform clash detection in Navisworks, generate reports and track resolutions.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings and as‑built documentation.
• Extract quantities and schedules from BIM models to support estimation and procurement.
• Maintain version control, model accuracy and consistency throughout project phases.
• Support site engineers and project managers with technical queries and design clarifications.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and document minutes and action items.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on MEP BIM experience on UAE/Gulf projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting and drainage systems.
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA) is an advantage.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams.
