BIM Modeller – Construction

About the role

The Modeller will support the design and construction teams by creating, updating and maintaining accurate BIM models for infrastructure projects in Sharjah.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update BIM models and parametric models using Revit and Trimble.
• Produce accurate construction drawings, sections, schedules and BOQs extracted from the model.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, execution plans and discipline‑specific content.
• Coordinate shared file server setup, web portal permissions and liaise with Design Team IT staff.
• Support clash detection, issue resolution and design coordination processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 1‑3 years of experience in BIM or related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to meet challenging goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Infraworks and TEKLA‑Steel.
• Experience with Navisworks, Plant 3D and Precast modelling is preferred.
• In‑depth knowledge of current BIM versions and standards.
