Biofuels Broker – Renewable Energy Trading

About the role

Green Power Commodities is seeking a Biofuels Broker to help expand its client base and drive trading activity in the renewable energy market. You will work in a fast‑growing environment where your outreach, relationship‑building, and market insight directly contribute to the company’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client portfolio through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking.
• Create and maintain a targeted pipeline of leads to support sales activities.
• Achieve and exceed clear profit‑and‑loss (PnL) targets.
• Execute biofuel trades accurately and efficiently.
• Engage clients via calls, online platforms, and face‑to‑face meetings to understand their needs.
• Monitor market trends and provide daily pricing updates and insights to clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in brokerage or physical trading (biofuels or related commodities preferred).
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong sales and relationship‑building abilities with a results‑driven mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and passion for market trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple tasks and clients.
