About the role
The Bodyshop Supervisor will lead the commercial‑vehicle bodyshop, ensuring efficient insurance claim processing, strong insurer relationships, and achievement of revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit detailed repair estimates for insurance cases.
- Follow up on insurance approvals, minimize rejection rates, and expedite delayed claims.
- Maintain complete documentation and coordinate with insurers to generate additional accident‑repair jobs.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Manager and Parts Department to ensure timely repair progress and delivery.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business, or Insurance.
- 8–12 years of experience in bodyshop operations, insurance handling, or fleet accident repair.
- Proven experience working with fleet operators, insurance companies, and third‑party adjusters.
Required skills
- Familiarity with claim systems and estimation tools such as Audatex.
- Knowledge of insurance claims processing and estimation.
- Ability to manage fleet and insurer accounts.
