Production Supervisor

About the role

Vieco Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead its manufacturing operations in JAFZA, Dubai. The role ensures that all production activities comply with cGMP, company policies, and safety standards while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing operations and direct operators to ensure smooth process flow.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and Vieco’s policies throughout production.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑maintained equipment and workflow.
• Implement preventive actions to avoid errors, mix‑ups, contamination and cross‑contamination.
• Create and update SOPs, BMRs, MMFs, BPRs and MPFs for new products.
• Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse and Engineering departments for material receipt, equipment setup, maintenance, calibration and qualification.
• Provide training to subordinates on updated procedures and monitor adherence.
• Monitor safety, environmental and health regulations and act on incidents.

Required profile

• B. Pharm or M. Pharm degree.
• 5–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Required skills

• cGMP knowledge and implementation.
• SOP development and execution.
• Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Preparation of batch manufacturing records (BMR), manufacturing master files (MMF), batch production records (BPR) and manufacturing process files (MPF).
