Branch Sales Executive – Al Ain (Outsource)

About the role

The Branch Sales Executive will source Personal Finance applications, including Covered Cards, Auto and Takaful products, from the local market in Al Ain. The role focuses on meeting or exceeding sales targets while adhering to ADIB’s policies, procedures and confidentiality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source new‑to‑bank personal finance, covered cards, auto and Takaful products for the target segment and achieve assigned targets.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports (DSR) with complete customer visit details.
• Visit potential companies and institutions, finalize business deals within turnaround times, and provide feedback to the Regional Sales Supervisor.
• Review and verify standard credit applications and supporting documents for accuracy before forwarding to processing units.
• Execute Murabaha contracts, manage card allocation, and ensure finance disbursement timelines are met.
• Maintain relationships with business entities, ensure data confidentiality, and adhere to office timings and presentation standards.
• Escalate customer complaints and any delays in approval processes to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Personal Finance and other retail banking products and services.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks, including Central Bank regulations.
