Brand Communications Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Brand Communications Executive to join our marketing team in Dubai. The role will support the development and execution of integrated campaigns that strengthen Wycon Cosmetics’ brand presence across digital, retail and PR channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high‑impact brand activations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
• Coordinate activities across digital, social media, PR, influencer marketing, events, retail and CRM.
• Assist in product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand activations.
• Liaise with creative, media, PR and digital agencies to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Prepare communication materials, manage media requests and monitor coverage.
• Manage influencer collaborations, product seeding and partnership initiatives.
• Organise marketing events, community activations and experiential activities.
• Produce presentations, campaign reports and performance analyses.
• Track campaign performance, consumer insights and competitor activity, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain marketing calendars, budgets and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retail, E‑commerce, Merchandising and Global Marketing to ensure consistent brand execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in brand communications, PR or integrated marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion or retail.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; knowledge of Italian or Arabic is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
