Brand Manager

About the role

WYLD is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that reinforce its position in the hospitality and lifestyle market. This full‑time, on‑site role in Dubai will ensure a consistent visual and verbal brand identity across all guest touchpoints while driving growth through data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch brand campaigns that align with WYLD’s adventure‑focused positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to maintain brand coherence across properties and experiences.
• Monitor market trends, conduct customer insight research, and translate findings into actionable brand messaging.
• Guide content creation and creative development, ensuring storytelling reflects brand values.
• Manage partnerships, collaborations, and new property or experience launches to sustain brand impact.
• Measure brand performance using data analysis and recommend growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or hospitality, preferably with lifestyle or travel brands.
• Strong ability to craft brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfort working on‑site in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Genuine passion for travel, adventure, and outdoor‑inspired hospitality.
