Brand Representative – 18 hrs/week – Emirati National (Dubai)

About the role

Our Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life—engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment for all. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, assisting them in finding what they need, and maintaining a well‑presented store.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers, anticipating needs and offering product support and styling guidance.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales floor, including folding, hanging, and sizing merchandise.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.

Required profile

• Emirati national.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English.
