Breakfast Waiter/ess – 36th Floor

About the role

The Breakfast Waiter/ess will join the Breakfast Restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai, delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests on the 36th floor. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure every aspect of service meets the hotel’s legendary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu, buffet items, ingredients and preparation methods.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, handling dietary needs and special requests.
• Provide personalised, attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and follow billing procedures.
• Set and clear tables, manage multiple tables and support upselling efforts.

Required profile

• High school qualification preferred; hospitality or business diploma is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress in high‑volume or luxury dining environments.
• Strong teamwork attitude, integrity and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, upscale restaurant setting.
