Bus Driver – Hertz (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bus Driver to join the Hertz team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service by handling vehicle deliveries, exchanges and transfers in line with Hertz standards. You will ensure smooth operations while maintaining professionalism and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures that the vehicle change‑over report is properly filled out by recording any additional damages.
• Ensures that the Drivers Log Sheet is updated with each checkout/check‑in transaction.
• Ensures that the vehicle is properly inspected on site before delivery.
• Maintains proper record of the registration number and checkout kilometres on the vehicle damage report.
• Obtains proper acknowledgement from the customer on the required forms.
• Maintains proper record of the delivery on the Drivers Log sheet.
• Ensures that all damages along with the check‑in kilometres are properly recorded on the collection report.
• Adheres strictly to all policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Escalates customer challenges to the coordinator/CSR as per agreed process when required.
• Shows up to work in proper uniform and is properly groomed according to the uniform policy.

Required profile

• Experienced bus driver with a professional and pleasant manner.
• Commitment to follow Hertz standards and company policies.
• Ability to complete and obtain customer acknowledgements on required forms.
• Accurate record‑keeping on driver log sheets and damage reports.
• Willingness to wear the prescribed uniform and maintain proper grooming.
