Business Analyst Data And Analytics

About the role

The Business Analyst in Data & Analytics will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and data/IT teams, turning business needs into actionable BI solutions. You will support decision‑making across finance, operations and projects by delivering meaningful dashboards, KPIs and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of business operations and act as a trusted advisor to finance, operations and project stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to define KPIs and reporting requirements, proactively challenging assumptions to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and data models, bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
• Support the design and development of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, defining and standardising KPI frameworks.
• Drive data‑governance initiatives and ensure consistency of KPI definitions across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and understand finance, operations and project processes.
• Experience working in an agile environment and facilitating workshops.
• Strong communication skills to translate operational needs into clear, actionable specifications.

Required skills

• Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
