Business Analyst – Finance & Project Support

About the role

The Business Analyst will support the Design Division by reviewing and monitoring monthly and annual business plans. You will provide strategic and day‑to‑day assistance to project teams on invoice management, revenue and expense analysis, and cash collection.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor monthly progress.
• Produce monthly financial reports based on weekly reviews.
• Assist project teams with invoice management, revenue and expense analysis.
• Support project leaders in reviewing project progress, labor, cost and expense reports, including sub‑consultant management within DELTEK.
• Monitor cash collection against plan.
• Use Vision Performance Management (Tableau) to generate analytical metrics.
• Manage and report on internal LRI and CRI metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of post‑graduate experience in finance or management accounting.
• Finance or Management Accounting degree; Master’s preferred.
• Chartered Accountant status is advantageous.
