Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will support Tasjeel’s projects by analysing, validating and managing daily operational needs, while contributing to business continuity and expansion plans. The role also oversees management reporting, budgeting and performance reviews to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual and monthly operating budgets in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Analyse budget performance, identify gaps and propose corrective actions.
• Develop OPEX and CAPEX forecasts, including five‑year capital expenditure plans for new projects.
• Forecast manpower requirements, supporting Emiratization initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies and business case preparation for new sites and services.
• Review expenditure requests, coordinate with technical teams and obtain necessary approvals.
• Track revenue versus estimates, recommend improvements and support revenue enhancement initiatives.
• Produce monthly financial and operational KPI presentations for Tasjeel sites.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and financial planning.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and present findings to senior management.
• Knowledge of regulatory impacts on budgeting and operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
