Business Analyst, Supply Chain

About the role

Amazon’s Supply Chain team in the MEA‑TR region is seeking a Business Analyst to drive capacity operations and support data‑driven decision making. The role blends technical analysis with business insight, helping multiple teams across locations improve processes and deliver a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute ETL queries on SQL/Datanet platforms to extract, transform and load data.
• Utilise advanced MS Excel techniques to aggregate and visualise data from diverse sources.
• Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Identify root causes of business issues and propose forward‑looking improvement opportunities.
• Design new metrics and enhance existing ones to support future business processes.
• Promote adoption of tools and processes among sellers and internal teams.
• Communicate analytical findings verbally and in writing to senior leaders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
