Business Architecture Associate Director

About the role

The Business Architecture Associate Director will lead complex transformation engagements for large organisations in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives, shaping future‑state operating models, governance frameworks and enterprise technology strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business architecture and operating‑model redesign initiatives for multi‑national clients.
• Define project scope, business capabilities, governance structures and target operating models.
• Develop business cases, proof‑of‑concepts, strategic roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Drive enterprise transformation programs from strategy formulation through execution, ensuring alignment with technology capabilities.
• Establish governance frameworks, risk‑management processes and performance measurement structures.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align business objectives with transformation priorities.
• Support business‑process optimisation, organisational design and change‑management activities.
• Lead PMO and program‑governance functions to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in business architecture, operating‑model design and large‑scale transformation delivery.
• Proven track record of advising senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, risk‑management and governance expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
• Relevant advanced degree or equivalent professional experience.
