Business Consultant & Account Manager

About the role

The Business Consultant / Account Manager will manage and grow an established portfolio of real‑estate brokerage customers in Dubai. By delivering consultative support and data‑driven insights, the role helps clients maximise the value of Property Finder’s advertising and listing solutions while driving retention and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of Property Finder’s solutions and act as a trusted adviser.
• Own the full account lifecycle – onboarding, engagement, renewal and growth.
• Conduct regular account reviews to understand objectives, challenges and evolving needs.
• Use customer data to recommend solutions that improve ROI and reduce churn.
• Identify and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, preparing tailored proposals.
• Negotiate renewal terms, manage contracts and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate activity records and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of account management or customer success experience in a SaaS or subscription environment.
• Proven track record of retaining customers, reducing churn and growing accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
• Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
