Business Development Consultant

About the role

The Business Development Consultant will drive CBC’s sales strategy across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region. The role focuses on meeting monthly sales targets, generating new revenue streams, and enhancing the company’s public profile through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report results accurately.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and manage internally allocated leads promptly.
• Build and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and stakeholders.
• Research new markets, develop entry plans with department heads, and execute them.
• Prepare and present proposals and solutions to clients within agreed timelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Attend networking events to generate new business.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in corporate or professional services.
• Experience in ADGM/DIFC and knowledge of UAE, Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
• Strong understanding of legislative and legal changes affecting the business environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM.
