About the role

Join a leading services organisation in the UAE as a Business Development Consultant focused on technology solutions. You will work independently to identify, pursue and close new opportunities across enterprise, government and high‑growth sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across enterprise, government, semi‑government and start‑up sectors.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through networking, prospecting and market engagement.
• Develop relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings to understand requirements and position suitable technology services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft client‑focused solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM reporting.
• Represent the business at industry and networking events across the UAE.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development or technology sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Established network across enterprise, government or technology sectors.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly commercial, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
