Business Development Director BPO

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Director for BPO services to lead growth across the United States, Europe and the Gulf region. This remote position will focus on acquiring new clients and expanding revenue in healthcare, retail and telecommunications, leveraging AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for US, European and Gulf markets.
• Identify, engage and acquire new clients in healthcare, retail and telecommunications sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored BPO solutions, proposals and pricing.
• Lead, coach and manage a business development team to meet individual and company targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports.
• Represent the company at client meetings, conferences and industry events.
• Monitor market trends, including AI and Agentic AI developments, to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of business development experience, with a strong background in the BPO industry.
• Proven record of winning new BPO clients and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience selling BPO services to clients in the United States, Europe and/or the Gulf region.
• Previous experience leading or managing a sales or business development team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of BPO services, solutions and commercial models.
• Knowledge of AI‑enabled BPO offerings, including Agentic AI.
