About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is looking for a Business Development Executive to expand its partner network in the United Arab Emirates. You will work closely with the Commercial team and report to the Business Development Team Lead, focusing exclusively on acquiring new business.

Key responsibilities

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and quota.
Identify, contact and engage key decision‑makers through phone, email and social outreach.
Conduct product demonstrations and present Fresha’s solutions to prospective partners.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining ownership of your pipeline.
Perform field visits and cold outreach to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
Goal‑oriented with a focus on delivering results.
