Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing & Social Media

About the role

AL WASF MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to acquire monthly‑retainer clients for its digital marketing, social media, content creation, photography and videography services across Dubai and Sharjah. The role focuses on prospecting, meeting and closing business owners and decision‑makers in service‑based industries.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in Dubai and Sharjah.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, networking events and referrals.
• Conduct discovery meetings, understand client needs and propose suitable monthly marketing packages.
• Present proposals, handle objections, negotiate terms and close retainer agreements.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and production teams to prepare customised proposals.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow‑up and sales data in the CRM.
• Hand over newly signed clients to the account‑management team.
• Identify upsell opportunities for advertising, photography and videography services.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of B2B sales or business‑development experience in the UAE.
• At least one year selling digital marketing, social media management, advertising or related agency services.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing monthly‑retainer contracts.
