Business Development Executive – ELV, AV & IT

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand our ELV, Audio‑Visual and IT solutions portfolio across the UAE. The role focuses on generating new business, building strategic client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV, ELV and IT sectors throughout the UAE, generating leads through networking, market research and referrals.
• Promote and sell solutions such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, audio‑visual systems, video‑conferencing and networking infrastructure.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations, understand project requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and technical teams, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate closely with technical, procurement and project teams to ensure accurate costing and smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to identify new sectors and product opportunities.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline in CRM, produce weekly and monthly reports and keep management informed of market opportunities.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline with 4–5 years of proven business development or sales experience in the ELV, AV or IT industry.
• Established network of UAE clients and contacts in the AV, ELV and IT sectors (mandatory).
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating revenue.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
