Business Development Executive

About the role

Holidayme, a leading B2B travel technology platform, is looking for a SaaS Business Development Executive to generate leads and develop early‑stage business across Dubai and surrounding markets. The role combines field prospecting, face‑to‑face meetings and outbound outreach to grow the pipeline for its travel‑tech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through market visits, field prospecting and in‑person meetings with travel businesses.
• Identify and approach potential partners across assigned territories and travel hubs.
• Conduct consultative discussions to understand client needs and position Holidayme’s SaaS solutions.
• Schedule and support product demos, follow‑up meetings and pipeline updates.
• Combine field activity with outbound calls, emails and digital outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to improve lead quality and market coverage.
• Achieve defined activity, lead generation and conversion targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in business development, lead generation or field sales within SaaS, B2B tech or travel‑related businesses.
• Basic understanding of travel technology solutions and B2B sales cycles.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or French a plus.
• Willingness to work outdoors, conduct regular client visits and occasional evening/night shifts.
• UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
• Target‑driven, proactive and comfortable with outbound, field‑based sales environments.
