About the role
JP GLOBAL LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on promoting accounting, audit, tax and business‑setup services, converting prospects into long‑term clients and driving the company’s growth in the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
- Prepare quotations and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field; 1–2 years of UAE sales or business development experience.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, client acquisition and the UAE business‑setup/corporate service market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with a good understanding of the UAE business environment.
