Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth of our corporate training portfolio across the UAE and beyond. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision‑makers and close sales to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, government organisations, educational institutions, and strategic partnerships.
• Promote and sell corporate training programmes, professional certification courses, and customised learning solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development, procurement teams and other key decision‑makers.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and commercial offers aligned with client requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Corporate Training Sales.
• Strong understanding of corporate training solutions, professional certifications and L&D services.
• Existing network of corporate clients and decision‑makers is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
