Business Development Executive – Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing HR consultancy in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building strong client partnerships and driving new revenue opportunities within the recruitment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients across industrial manufacturing, EPC, power and construction sectors.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Promote our recruitment and HR consultancy solutions to prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Support overall business growth and market expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, client relations or sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market is an advantage.
