Business Development Manager – Middle East (UAE)

About the role

Enventure Global Technology is seeking a Business Development Manager based in the UAE to drive growth across the Middle East. The role combines commercial and technical responsibilities, focusing on drilling and completions solutions for the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Middle East.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities in drilling and completions.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators, engineers and decision‑makers.
• Prepare and lead technical and commercial proposals, tenders and negotiations.
• Educate customers on Enventure’s technology, including completions, liner hangers and solid expandables.
• Maintain CRM records and track account metrics.
• Represent Enventure at client meetings, field visits and industry events.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in oil & gas sales or business development.
• Strong background in drilling, completions or downhole technologies.
• Proven track record of winning business with major operators and turnkey companies in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Iraq.
• Established network in the Middle East drilling and completion market.
• Degree in Engineering, Science or Business‑related discipline.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
