Business Development Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our fintech startup in Dubai Media City. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting sales, partnerships and business development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential customers and decision‑makers.
• Make up to 100 outbound calls daily to prospect businesses.
• Communicate with prospects via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow‑ups.
• Assist the founding team in onboarding new partners.

Required profile

• Legally eligible to work in the UAE.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and speaking with business owners.
• Reliable, eager to learn and able to work in a fast‑moving environment.
• Student, recent graduate or early‑career professional.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
