Business Development Manager - Contract Logistics

About the role

The Contract Logistics Business Development Manager will drive growth of CEVA's contract logistics business across the Middle East. The role involves direct engagement with customers and internal CEVA networks to acquire new business, develop existing accounts and meet sales targets aligned with the company’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key verticals such as technology, automotive, retail and e‑commerce.
• Generate and manage a prospect pipeline, conduct sales calls and visits, and present proposals in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with sector heads, pricing teams and operations to develop winning RFQs and solutions.
• Maintain regular reporting, update C‑View monthly and produce required business reports.
• Deliver sales presentations to customers and industry forums to promote CEVA’s services.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Operations and Contract Logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of sales and business development experience within contract logistics, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of contract logistics market dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
