Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing (UAE/GCC)

About the role

Auburn Digitech MENA is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its client base across the UAE and GCC. You will lead new client acquisition for a full‑service digital agency, promoting services such as SEO, paid media, social, content, web development and branding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new business opportunities across sectors including retail, real estate, F&B, healthcare, e‑commerce and hospitality.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, events and market research.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new‑client acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and conversion metrics.
• Report weekly/monthly on business development KPIs to leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve service offerings based on client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus).
• 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably within a digital marketing, advertising or media agency.
• Proven track record selling to UAE/GCC‑based clients and an existing network of marketing decision‑makers.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
