Business Development Manager – DTC & Pure Player

About the role

SharkNinja is seeking a Business Development Manager – DTC & Pure Player to drive growth of its direct‑to‑consumer and pure‑play e‑commerce channels across the Middle East, Israel and South Africa. Based in Dubai, you will act as the primary growth catalyst for indirect customers, partnering with distributors and top online retailers to execute the company’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a channel strategy for DTC and pure‑play customers that delivers profitable net‑revenue growth, market‑share gains and category leadership.
• Build detailed joint business plans with indirect customers in alignment with direct distributors to ensure consistent execution of SharkNinja’s commercial strategy.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new DTC and pure‑play retail partners to expand distribution and revenue.
• Manage the full end‑to‑end commercial relationship for an account portfolio, including ranging, pricing, promotions, content and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital and Product teams to create data‑driven account plans that convert brand momentum into measurable sell‑out performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development and channel strategy for DTC or pure‑play e‑commerce environments.
• Track record of delivering profitable revenue growth and market‑share expansion.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to develop data‑led account plans.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, working closely with sales, marketing, digital and product teams.
