Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

Sokin is seeking a Business Development Manager to be the first point of contact for prospective corporate clients across mid‑market and enterprise segments in Dubai. The role focuses on sourcing, qualifying and engaging high‑value opportunities, building a robust pipeline that supports long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through LinkedIn, CRM intelligence, partner referrals and targeted outbound prospecting.
• Qualify prospects by assessing treasury needs, FX exposure and cross‑border payment complexities.
• Lead initial engagements with senior stakeholders using email, phone, LinkedIn and strategic social outreach.
• Arrange discovery calls and commercial meetings, ensuring opportunities are well‑qualified for pipeline progression.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Product and Client Onboarding to ensure seamless conversion and a strong prospect experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activity, pipeline status and insights within the CRM.
• Support outbound campaigns and go‑to‑market initiatives for assigned sectors or verticals.
