Business Development Manager - Education

About the role

WioWio Bank is expanding its Education portfolio across the UAE and is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead this growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers in nurseries, training centres and schools, and introducing them to our digital banking and payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and close new business with nurseries, training centres and schools across the UAE.
• Introduce and promote Wio's business banking and payment solutions to education customers.
• Generate a consistent pipeline of prospects and manage the sales cycle from lead to contract.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and customer experience.
• Represent Wio at industry events and expand your network within the education sector.
• Provide market feedback to help shape future products for education clients.

Required profile

• Proven track record of end‑to‑end deal closing.
• Established network within UAE nurseries, training centres or schools.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self‑driven, commercially minded and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
