Business Development Manager – Facilities Management

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a leading facilities management company in Dubai. The role will drive new business, build strategic client relationships and manage opportunities from lead generation through tendering, negotiation and contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and execute targeted BD strategies and sales plans.
• Lead the full BD lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Prepare and submit RFPs/tenders, including SOW, KPI and SLA requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial teams and subcontractors on solutions and submissions.
• Conduct client meetings, site surveys, presentations and industry networking.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract renewals.
• Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, forecasts and prospect databases.
• Achieve business development targets and contribute to long‑term growth plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Development or Sales experience within Facilities Management/Integrated FM in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE FM market and proven B2B track record.
• Experience with tenders, RFPs, contracts, negotiations, SOWs, KPIs and SLAs.
• Extensive UAE client network and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑focused, commercially driven and results‑oriented.
• Valid UAE driving licence (essential).
• FM‑related certifications are an advantage.
