Business Development Manager – Financial Services (Dubai)

About the role

This position is a high‑impact, front‑line growth role within a fast‑growing international wealth management practice based in Downtown Dubai. The Business Development Manager will lead client acquisition initiatives, manage CRM pipelines and coordinate financial education programmes for expatriate high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm’s client acquisition strategy targeting HNWI expatriates.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with multinational corporate HR departments to deliver financial wellbeing sessions.
• Maintain and update client development pipelines on CRM platforms, tracking all lead interactions.
• Organise and present financial education seminars and corporate wellness programmes.

Required profile

• 12–24 months of experience in structured sales, financial services recruitment or business development.
• Strong desire to relocate to Dubai and work in a results‑driven environment.
• Current residence in the UAE.
• Ambition to build a long‑term career in premium wealth advisory and progress to senior advisory or partnership roles.
