Business Development Manager – Founding Partners

About the role

RAILBUS is building a next‑generation, low‑cost public transportation system and needs a Business Development Manager to lead its Founding Partners Division. You will work with qualified leads generated by global marketing campaigns, turning high‑value prospects into founding partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage qualified leads supplied by RAILBUS marketing initiatives.
• Conduct phone and video meetings with prospective founding partners.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with high‑value prospects.
• Coordinate meetings between prospects and senior management.
• Develop and maintain follow‑up processes, CRM workflows, and communication standards.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high‑performing business development team as the division expands.
• Continuously improve conversion rates and fundraising performance.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience in business development, relationship management, high‑value sales, or investor relations.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Professional appearance and confident communication style.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and results‑oriented.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
