Business Development Manager - Gold and Silver

About the role

Goldnet Trading Nexus FZCO is looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to expand both physical and digital precious‑metal operations in the UAE. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and closing gold and silver transactions, helping the company become the preferred savings medium across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard trusted gold and silver suppliers, including shops and aggregators.
• Develop and maintain relationships with gold traders, counterparties and bullion buyers.
• Originate buy‑ and sell‑side opportunities and negotiate pricing, premiums and commercial terms.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of active bullion suppliers and buyers.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to execute, settle and monitor transactions.
• Track market conditions affecting physical bullion flow and represent the company within Dubai’s gold market and regional networks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in physical bullion, bars, coins and precious‑metal trading.
• Existing network of suppliers and buyers within the gold industry.
• Commercially driven with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Comfortable working on volumes, margins and repeat flow.
• Fluent English; Arabic speaking is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with online sourcing tools and digital trading platforms.
