Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hard‑working, self‑driven Business Development Manager to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role works closely with our Dubai‑based colleagues and supports business growth across the region, offering the chance to contribute to prestigious projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design, architecture and lighting sectors.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Coordinate with the Dubai office and travel to client or project sites as required.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
• Work independently from home while ensuring effective communication with the wider team.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence and residence in Abu Dhabi.
• Ability to travel between Abu Dhabi, Dubai and client locations.
• Self‑motivated, independent thinker with an international mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Prior Business Development experience in interior design, architecture or lighting is preferred.
