Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth for our digital printing and branding services in the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and meeting sales targets across a range of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Promote services including digital printing, signage, events fit‑out, branding, vehicle graphics, stickers, wrapping, and 3M‑related architectural solutions.
• Visit clients, government entities, contractors, consultants and corporate offices to present offerings.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate with design, production and installation teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Prepare, follow up and negotiate quotations, proposals and sales offers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, visits, quotations and sales activities.
• Support tender submissions, vendor registrations and government‑related communications when required.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of sales experience in digital printing, signage, advertising, branding or related industries within the UAE.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
• Professional appearance and ability to work independently to achieve targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
