About the role

Qureos is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and delivering measurable sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate potential markets, trends, and partnership opportunities.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Design and execute business development plans to meet sales targets.
• Negotiate and close deals that ensure sustainable revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align market expansion efforts.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospects.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in the UAE market is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
