Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth for Mindware’s IT and AI solutions in the UAE market. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead projects from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Research and secure new business opportunities across data centre, network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber security services.
• Analyse market trends, financial impacts and competitor activity to shape expansion strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on prospective projects and partnership proposals.
• Oversee strategic project implementation, monitor performance against budgets and suggest improvements.
• Negotiate and draft agreements with partners while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Provide ongoing after‑sales support and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, conducting performance reviews and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling IT services, AI platforms and cloud solutions.
• Proven track record in the UAE market with an established professional network.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
