Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive sales growth by managing inbound leads and proactively seeking new business opportunities. This role focuses on increasing booking inquiries, nurturing corporate relationships, and delivering bespoke event solutions in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales through inbound lead management and proactive prospecting.
• Increase booking inquiries, track conversion rates, and report performance to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate bookers, agencies, and event planners.
• Design and propose bespoke events, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align targets and drive bookings.
• Work closely with the Guest Relations Manager to ensure VIP guests receive personalized service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar Business Development or Sales role within Dubai.
• Strong passion for sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.

What we offer

• Base salary of 25,000 AED per month plus commission.
• 50% discount on food and drink (Monday‑Thursday) for up to four guests at Tattu.
