Business Development Manager

About the role

Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the asset management sector. You will identify new market opportunities, nurture client relationships, and help expand the company’s service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities and new markets for asset management services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Create and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to align business development efforts.
• Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM system.
• Represent Kaizen at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline, achievements, and forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of business development experience, preferably in asset management or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
