Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead ParkKing’s commercial growth in Dubai. The role is client‑facing and strategic, requiring autonomy, proactive outreach and polished communication to expand our network of parking space providers and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new parking space providers, including individuals, hotels, property managers and commercial operators.
• Rent parking spaces to short‑term and long‑term guests as well as to companies needing multiple or dedicated spots.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across mobility, real estate and hospitality sectors.
• Manage the full business development cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closing deals.
• Represent ParkKing at industry events, meetings and networking opportunities, upholding the brand’s high standards.
• Provide market insights and contribute to shaping the UAE growth strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth host onboarding, customer satisfaction and long‑term retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or partnerships; experience in real estate, hospitality or mobility is a plus.
• Strong autonomy, proactivity and ownership of commercial growth.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a professional, polished appearance.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Ability to represent the company at the highest standard.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
